BIO

Sarah Holliday delivers UNEXPECTED THOUGHT to the process of finding creative solutions for professionals with athletic minds. Perceptive and discerning about people, how they work and what they need to be productive, Sarah puts her agile critical thinking and high-performance skills to work to produce results for both individuals and teams. She cares about people and connects at the heart, gut and cognitive levels as a leader and teammate.

Sarah lives servant leadership both in the office and on the field. Since 2021, she has been a consulting partner with Atlantic Leadership Group niche clientele, serving with the career transition team for Special Operators Transition Foundation, helping prepare our Special Forces service members for their career transition to the private sector. She also supports Private Wealth Advisor teams in their people development and practice management excellence.

On the field, Sarah has been invested in the next generation of players as the Head Goalkeeper Coach for her former club, Washington Wolves from 2015-2024. She served her alma mater, the University of Maryland, in 2019 and 2021 as the volunteer assistant coach to lead the development of her former goalkeeper teammates. Sarah has seen four Final Fours: two as a player herself, finishing with her team as National Runners Up in 2017 and 2018, and two as a volunteer coach, in 2019 and 2021.

Sarah holds a BA in Psychology from UMD, College Park. She is a certified facilitator with Leadership Management, Inc., and trained in psychometric instruments of DISC, Driving Forces, Enneagram, and Fascination Advantage System. Sarah is also a graduate of the XChange Approach OXE facilitation method.

Sarah recently transplanted herself to the Pacific coast in California and enjoys motorcycling, longboarding, surfing, reading, writing, dancing, and any other physical outdoor activity.
